Anyone got any help tips etc on doing the customer service level 4 module, especially the briefs for the collection of work.

HI Nic

This is the assessment criteria for the level 4 and it's where I get really stuck in terms of trying to write up an assignment to reflect the following especially the ones on personal reflection and learning goals.

A personal reflection to include personal strengths, interpersonal and customer related skills.

Identification of learning goals.

Consideration of customer service experiences in different organisations.

A description of the structure of an organisation and the importance of quality customer service to the development and success of the organisation

Outline the principles of customer service and the different types of communication relevant to Customer Service and their impact on an organisation.

Participation in group or team based activities that contribute to effective customer care

List the procedures to be followed when handling enquiries, complaints or compliments.

Explain the importance of the consideration of specific customer needs including equality and diversity

List the legislation governing customer service in a work, social or voluntary environment to include Health and Safety

I have a workbook for this module - you can change it to suit your group/teaching aids etc.

Hi janob,

What is the name of the workbook that you are using? I've just started to teach this module and the module descriptor is not very clear in terms of the marking criteria. It is difficult to design a brief matching the marking criteria to the assessment activities and techniques. Thanks.
